This was a vacant stage with the exception of a few pieces of furniture that were left behind which included the green sofa and piano in the living room, two beds and the sofa in the basement.  The owner followed our suggestions and refinished the hardwood flooring, replaced the basement carpet, painted the entire home including the kitchen cabinets.
